Overview
Mobile App Development Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built PTZ Presets (PTZ-P) as a professional tool for AV and broadcast technicians. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
PTZ Presets does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Personal identifying information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or crash telemetry sent to our servers
- Camera, microphone, or contacts data
- Financial or payment information
Data Stored on Your Device
All data created within PTZ Presets — including person names, seat assignments, camera preset numbers, and configuration files — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device except through features you explicitly initiate (see Exports below). Deleting the app removes all associated data.
Exports
PTZ Presets allows you to export your configuration as a .ptzsetup
file or a .csv roster. These files are generated on your
device and saved to your local storage or shared using your device’s built-in share sheet.
We have no access to exported files and do not receive copies of them.
Third-Party Services
PTZ Presets does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no third-party SDKs embedded in the app that collect your data.
Children’s Privacy
PTZ Presets is a professional tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. The app contains no features targeting minors.
Purchases
If you purchase PTZ Presets or any in-app features, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, store, or share your payment details. We do not sell or share any information related to your purchase for any reason.
Data Security
Since all data remains on your device, security is managed by your device’s operating system and any passcode or biometric authentication you have configured. We recommend keeping your iOS device updated and using device-level protection.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
